錢海燕教授

錢海燕教授

文學士(南京大學)、哲學碩士（劍橋大學）、哲學博士（香港中文大學）

錢海燕博士現為香港中文大學教育學院教育行政及政策學系副教授，她曾經在復旦大學和香港教育大學任教，並擔任香港教育大學劉鑾雄慈善基金亞太領導與變革研究中心(APCLC)總監以及教育政策與領導學系副系主任。她的研究領域是教育領導力, 學校改進與變革以及教師學習。她曾獲得過香港中文大學研究生學術成果獎（2008/09），香港大學教育資助委員會頒發的香港傑出青年學者獎（2014/15），香港教育大學校長研究獎(2015/16)以及校長教學獎(2016/17)。她的多篇論文在教育領導與政策領域知名期刊發表，如Journal of Education Policy, Educational Management, Administration & Leadership, Journal of Educational Administration 等。她也是Educational Management, Administration & Leadership, Journal of Educational Administration 以及Educational Assessment, Evaluation and Accountability期刊的編委會成員，並擔任ECNU Review of Education的副主編。
